American professional eater Randy Santel versus TWO of Dirty Ranch Steakhouse's massive 1kg "Wienerschnitzler" Danish Veal Wiener Schnitzel Challenge platters within 90 minutes at Dirty Ranch Steakhouse in Herning, Denmark of Scandinavia!! After attempting Chicago Burger's 6-Patty "Big Boss" Record Challenge in Odense, Denmark, @KatinaEatsKilos and I headed to Herning, Denmark so we could each attempt both of the Danish food challenges available at Dirty Ranch Steakhouse. For eating challenge #2 of four in Denmark, we each attempted Dirty Ranch Steakhouse's massive (and newer) fried 1kg "Wienerschnitzler" Danish Veal Wiener Schnitzel Challenge which is typically only available on Tuesday evenings. They thankfully made an exception so we could try it while in the area. Katina went first and attempted the base challenge, and then I attempted to become just the first person to finish TWO of the massive fried Danish wiener schnitzel challenge platters within the 90 minute time limit. Each challenge includes a 1kg (2.2lbs) veal schnitzel served with potatoes, peas, your choice of dipping sauce, and "wiener boy" which consists of capers, raw horseradish, lemons, and anchovies. The challenge includes a 1-liter beverage of your choice and everything must be finished within 1.5 hours or 90 minutes. This challenge is typically a pay-to-play that costs 399 DKK (~$58 USD) whether you win or lose.
